About Form 11

Hi all

I have small question about filling in form 11. There is page where I have to enter gross rent paid, service charges paid etc. Do I need to fill in these fields if I did not have any income in 2008? Anyway I cant get refund if I did not pay any tax. Am I right? Thanks

You are right that you cannot get a tax refund if you didn't pay any tax. But have you absolutely NO income for the year?

NO income at all,just expenses as it is start up business.
