We have a number of jobs to be done in the house to include:

turning 3rd bedroom and bathroom into big bathroom (biggest job)
kitchen tiling, new countertop
painting
attic ladder
reinsulate roof

Would it be wiser to get a general handyman (one guy) to do most of these jobs? or should be we get get a plumber, plasterer, builder, tiler etc etc.

can anyone recommend someone, we are in D3?

A handyman can do lots of different skillstes but I'd imagine the list you have there may be a bit much for one guy..so I'd recommend you get yourself a small builder to quote.
A very good site to get these quotes online is:

Then invite 1 or 2 round to actually see the jobs..

The bathroom bit may be beyond the reach of the average handyman.

Hi, i can highly recommend this guy for all your proposed work, he is not the cheapest you may find but his work is faultless. Brian Fitzgerald 086 3515354
