50/50 director disputes

Hi,

Company Director forced me to resign and gave me a letter to say letting me go. We both signed. I did this as I was so stressed as company nearly insolvent. I wanted to put the company into examinership. He refused, came up with idea I set up new company he support me as a supplier if I wanted to do.

As pressure so great I signed anything he asked. End of month no salary paid. I was told getting no redudancy as not entitled as I left and he has no right to fire me as we have equal share. No shareholder agreement in place. Laughed at me when I said I could not sign on with no P45 even though will get nothing as class S PRSI but wife can claim for kids.

Now no salary came this month which is terrible. Now turns out b10 not signed correct, shareholding never signed. So I am still 50% shareholder, very small company and close to insolvent. So what right do I have, can I go back to work or declare a wind up or demand a fair buy me out price.

Lastly car promised I could keep till end of year in writing too now wants back. Any suggestions please.
