5 lock door very difficult to shut

I just wanted to know who would I get to fix our front door, it was fitted over 5 years ago and has gradually got harder to close. It's wood look, is that PVC?, I'm not sure, anyway its one that has the 5 lock system and it is impossible to lock and really difficult to shut all I need to find is someone that will fix it. It looks like that its off line, but my porblem is do I need to contact a locksmith or a company that fits these doors? and if someone can recommend a company that would be great. Thanks
 
without having seen it I would say your door is in twist. You wouldl need whoever fitted it to fix the problem
 
Is it possible to remove these and replace with a more traditional lock? Is that a job a locksmith could do?
 
This can possibly be adjusted by tweaking the cams in the door itself. The installer should be able to do this. It may be that the cams were not tightened properly on installation and have loosened causing this problem.
 
Thanks for all advice, but I dont know who installed it as we got a builder to renovate the whole house 5 years ago and cannot get in touch with him!!!!
Thats why i just need to know what company am i looking for or is there someone that fixes doors???
