Hi forum,

I have paid off car loan and credit card and have 45k left to invest. Here is what I am thinking.
20k on deposit with Irish Nationwide @3.75

10k of units in Quinn Life Euro Equity freeway

5k in a riskier Quinnlife fund (either - china/latin america/emerging markets/ technology freeway)

5k in 2 individual shares (a ftse 100 oiler and an iseq recruitment), I have an online broker account and occasionally invest small amounts in shares.

5k ?. not sure yet, maybe more shares

I have 200k on my mortgage and I'm not a total safety head when it comes to risk. I

Any comments/ suggestions to the above strategy are most welcome,

Regards, Beau

Hope you bought Tullow Oil last month as your FTSE play! I'd be wary of Irish recruitment......very tough business over next year or two. If the Dow dips back towards 9000 I'd see value in good international stocks.
