3rd appeal for invalidity

Hi all, i know i have asked questions regarding this before but im still at a loss.
I was cut off in september.
I have gone through all the appeals and im awaiting the final decision.
But going by other peoples experiences and from talking to the appeals section it doesnt look good.
Now i know i can go to the ombudsman, and iv spoken to them already.
He said they have a 6 month backlog.
So that means it will be a year in total for this appeal.
I havent recieved any money at all since early september.
Has anyone been through this final stage?
What happens if ombudsman refuses also, it states that it can be brought to court, but sure there is no way in the world we could afford that.
It crazing that it has taken this long as it is.
any advice would be great.

Sorry to hear about predicament. What is background to benefit/ allowance being stopped?

Hi brian, iv had various illnesses i was on disability for 3 years then changed invalidity. At that time they called me up and said i was fit for work but on appeal granted the invalidity. That was 2 years ago, i was called up again and was knocked off again but on appeal it was reinstated.
This time even with letter from hospital consultans, social worker, councilor, gp, they have said that im not permantly incapable of work and that im able for work !!!
Im now waiting on the medical assessor to submit his final report and give reason as to why they deem me fit, then it goes back to the deciding officer.
Also regarding the final appeal form i sent in, they lost that for 2 months!!
It dragging on to long and then if i have to go to the ombudsman it will be at least another 6 months.
Id would be very greatful for any advice.
