3D animation website design

I am looking for a company home or abroad who specialize in 3D animation design or something special for a new website..willing to pay 5k - 7k.

Any suggestions appreciated?
Also any links of suggested?

Can I ask - what kind of a site are you looking for? I am a Flash Developer based in Waterford and for the last year or so I have been working with a Software Package called Swift3D (see link below) which ties in with flash development. I can develop a full flash site with some 3D effects/graphics
