I am new to this forum and investing and would appreciate advice on where to start investing. My husband and I (30yr olds) max out our 401K, and Roth IRA, pay an extra $500/month on our mortgage, and have no other debt. We have 12 month of living expenses put aside. No children. This left us with about $30,000 in savings last year, not sure where to start investing wise. Any suggestions would be appreciated
