3 Webtext only partly working

I use 3 webtext a bit but it has been out of action for some time. The current message is


So I can use it but must find my contact's mobile number and manually enter it.

Is there a more reliable option than 3 webtext? I used to use Cabbage, but it stopped working for me for some reason.
