I recently receive my mobile phone bill (3 network) where I had been in Europe for 2 differing periods
3 has an agreement, that if you are in a country where 3 has network coverage you can use the phone mobile internet for no charge, that I understand.
What I do not understand is when I have been in France and Croatia (two non 3 network countries) I have a small amount of internet usage for every day I was there.
I consciously have made the decision not to use internet in these countries because of the additional charges, but trying to discuss this issue with Customer Service is up there with banging a head against a wall.
Anyone with any ideas as to how I might be using data? I would prefer to not have to shut down internet usage whilst roaming as I am often in business in UK and Italy, both 3 network countries where access to the internet is great
