I don't know whether this is the right forum or not.
I have been on a 3 day week since May 2009 and it is been reviewed every three months by my employer. I am signing on for the other days that I am not working. The reason I was put on a 3 day week was because of the downturn. With a view that when things do pickup I could be put back to a 5 day week. But I don't see that happening.
Question is, Can my employer keep reviewing the sitution every 3 months? How long more will the social welfare keep paying me if the sitution is been kept reviewed every 3 months?
I am getting fed up with it. I would rather be told that I am permanently on a 3 day week or been let go.
