Hi
I am posting on here for a friend who is privately renting an apartment in South Dublin. She is getting rent allowance form the Health Board, and 2 weeks ago had an Environmental officer up to check the place over but today recieved a call that another Environmental officer will be up, she said she already had someone up to check the place but this other officer is still coming up to her..
Does anyone know why this is??
Is it normal to have 2 different checks??
Any help would be great.. She is afraid that there is something wrong..
