If it was me then I would certainly consider clearing any expensive unsecured loans and then maybe reducing or clearing the mortgage. But you don't really post enough details about your overall personal/financial circumstances to say whether or not this would be the right option for you too.
Even if you clear all the loans won't you have €20K left over to invest and you could also invest your erstwhile loan repayments?
