The revenue issued me with an updated cert for my tax credits which are spread between my two employers. HOwever despite several attempts my second emplyer is unable to tell me if they have my amended cert and despite me faxing them a copy they have not made the required adjustment. i am overpaying a considerable amout of money and now.owed back tax. how can i pressure these people to amend my details and from whom can i claim a refund from. Many thanks for any advice.
