2 Yr Fixed rate Ulster Bank2007

I have also lost my tracker and suffered at the hands of Ulster Bank. I fixed for 2 years during the summer of 2007. I'm trying to figure out when the 2 year term ended. I think I remember that fixed rates had specific expiry dates and slightly longer than 2 years. I checked my bank statements and monthly repayments vary. I would have expected repayments to be the same over the fixed period. I think the rate was 4.65%.

Ask for a copy of the Fixed Rate Appendix you signed, that should indicate the term.

just ring the mortgage centre and ask them when you rolled off the fixed rate in 2009.
