2 EA's selling a property?

As a buyer, how do I choose which agent to go with when a property is being sold by 2 agents?

Do I use the EA I have met before on other viewings and knows our situation well, or go with the new one I have never met? Or does it matter?

Really want the house! But have still set a budget and won't go above it. And it is realistic.
