2 Bed Houses/Apts

Whats the general opinion on 2 bed houses/apt. Do ye think there is much room for appreciation in the coming years or would it be best to steer clear?

I do not think there is much room for appreciation on any property in IRL in the coming years.

Somewhere to live, but would hope to upgrade in approx 5 years time.

I live in a 2 bed apt and the way the demographics are going(ie all the baby boomers of the 70/80s having babies now), I would go for a 3 bed rather than a 2 bed. Just my opinion though and I'm sure location would be a huge consideration.

I think good two bed houses in central locations will always be popular for young professionals looking for a city pad. If you get five plus years of avoiding commuting and renting while enjoying your own home you will be pretty happy regardless of <yawn> property market.

Three bedroomed is good for guests and extra storage. However on a personal note I would always go for location location location.
