Ok Im thinking of buying a house just as an investment, I live in Cork but as prices of a 3 bed semi are so dear in crok roughly (350k) I was think of buying a 4 bed Semi in Limerick instead for about 220k, Im just wondering about a few things

1. Where is the best place to get a mortgage?/ ( I have baout €90K Savings)
2. Am I better off letting a Manangment company deal with renting out the house ( and have no real involment with the house)

are you sure you can't get a house cheaper then 350k in cork...
