1850 Numbers

I have signed up to an Eircom bundle and while local and national calls are free, 1850 numbers and the like are not.

As I missed the ESB meter reader today they left their card and I normally phone in my reading but it's an 1850 number. Does anyone know a landline number that I can ring in the meter reading.
