123.ie ????

Just got an fantastic quote from 123.ie about 100 quid less than the lowest I got from any other.

So before I went ahead with it did a bit of digging on the company itself. Its 2007 financials shows a large amount due to its underwritters.

If on the off chance they went bust would you be still covered?

The balance sheet shows that it has €2.4 million in cash.



It is also regulated by the Financial Regulator.

It looks like a very safe bet to me.

Yea I agree with Brendan. We're insured with 123 since last year and we got a great quote. It was half the price some insurers were looking for. I'd go for it

i insured a house with 123 on tuesday. i didnt take the option on paying online because the policy wasnt up for another 2 weeks. within half hour i had 123 on the phone offering a €15 discount approx. if i paid with credit card over the phone. nice little bonus.
