We are hoping to purchase our first home
and I was just wondering if anyone knows how long it has taken the deposit with an 100% mortgage to reach the EA. ?? The bank has completed the valuation and are sending the loan drawdown form to our solicitor which we will sign hopefully tommorow. I know this form then goes back to the bank.
