02 online shop

Has anyone been having trouble with 02's online shop? I have been trying to purchase a phone upgrade since last Friday. It hasn't worked for me at all. I contacted customer service but they only send me an email every 3 days saying that they'll respond to my query within 3 days! I'm due another one of these tomorrow!

What address did you e-mail? Try OnlineShop.Queries@o2.com or stockqueries@o2.com
Got quick replies from both recently. I had a lot of trouble with pages timing out. (there is a thread detailing other problems with O2's site). They'll tell you it works for them ;-)

They've been having 'problems' for weeks. The whole website is a joke not just the shop part. I rely on it for email. Time to change me thinks.

Used the shop to purchase an upgrade 10 minutes ago, no problems at all, the site was 100% responsive.
