I received a call from +003539999902700 conduit ireland - the automated voice said Welcome to Conduit Ireland then i could a muffled voice of someone speaking but coudlnt make it out - i hung up,

Anybody have any idea what this was?

I received a call yesterday from a number +55353332129 but the caller kept talking jibberish until I hung up.

Could it have been Portugeuse? +55 is the international dialling code for Brazil.
