Interest rates - Fix or tracker?

My 1 yr rate is up this month and I have no idea whether to fix or go tracker?
What do you think would be the best thing to do in light of the increases?

There are many existing threads that address this question. Only fix if you need to know your repayments with certainty.

Otherwise, if you can afford fluctuating repayments now and if rates increased by a few percent, then go for the most competitive tracker rate on offer for your specific circumstances.
