Unable to access website www.hsa.ie

hi , I am unable to acces the HSA.ie website.
windows xp professional
using firefox( have also tried IE 6 and 7)
Digiweb broadband connection

have cleared cookies
have reset security
have turn firewall on and off
have rang digiweb no explination
have rang hsa still waiting
have rang my own webhosting service
have rebooted

cant get it on pc wired to modem or on laptop via wireless

could get it on laptop in Bewleys

any ideas

You should check is you have a proxy server setup for your browser. If you have then the route to the website has gotten mixed up. Otherwise your isp dns server has a problem
