Eligible to vote?

Very difficult to check accurately, if they have your name spelt wrong. I couldn't find my name for ages.
 
I found me straight away but also found that I'm also still registered at an old address even though the person who came round to the door told me I wouldn't be.
 
Why is it so complicated when you change address?

I looked and found that despite filling out a form that came in the door, I could not locate my name on the register. Mind you I can't locate myself on the old address after voting for last ten years.

anyho, I printed off a RFA for to register, then realised they have a separate form for change of address...RFA3, which means i have to present myself at a Garda station...why is it easier to get put on the register than to change address??? :(
