I noticed this morning when I logged on to my account that there is a message stating that UB are removing the fee waiver regarding lodging €3k per month into account. From 19 Sept the only way of avoiding the €4 monthly account charge is to maintain a cleared balance of €3k. Time to look at my options. What other bank would you recommend. While we have 2 salaries going in per month, we would not be able to maintain a cleared balance of €3k. I note that PTSB have a good offer but can someone tell me if their IT portal is user friendly. I really liked the online access with UB.
