I have an ebs visa credit card which I applied for through ebs although this is managed by mbna as it is their statements I get. I had an introductory offer of 0% on balance transfers so this is why I took it up to reduce my credit card bill, the offer ends in a few weeks and I still have approx 5k to pay off, should I transfer to another credit card offering 0% on balance transfer or ask ebs for an extension seeing as I have savings with ebs I might have some bargaining power.
