I have worked for a company for 6 years. Good friday has always been a company holiday and we were always given the option to work for overtime rates. This year they have decided that we can work it for a day in lieu. Although it says in company handbook that company holidays are paid as time in lieu. Anytime i have worked it has been on overtime rates. Where do i stand?
