best buy to let rate

Hi All,
I am trying to find the best interest only buy to let rate(before ecb change today).I want to switch €600k from IPBS.Property value was 850 but probably about 600 now.However,I have 2 apts morgtage free and own house mortgage free.I also have a a few other properties with trackers so happy with that.Where can i get lowest buy to let rate if I offer deeds to one apt and investment house to make LTV below say 70%.Thanks in advance.
 
Lowest is NIB 4.6% Fixed for 1,2 or 3 years (LTV upto 80%)
Next best AIB 4.7% variable LTV upto 85%
Then iib/KBC 4.79% variable LTV 80% max
