Where to buy used motorbikes

Does anybody know any decent sites where u can get prices for new bikes in ireland. cos when i use google i just get flooded with used bikes from e bay and the like. thanks

The UK market is so much better for used bikes. VRT isn't that bad either.

Autotrader has thousands listed.

From your insurance question it sounds like you're looking for a big bike. TBH, I would consider buying a smaller second hand bike for a year or 2 & then go new when you're ready for your dream bike.

Also, check out bike buyers guide monthly magazine available in most shops for €1.50, it has a white pages sections at the back, i.e. a list of new bikes by make with all the stats on each one including prices. There may be some new 2006 models that arent in there yet though.
 
go to http://www.carzone.ie/ and click on motorcycles, They have 68 used bikes advertised from around the country at the moment.

I have no cconnection with carzone but from recent extensive research on used cars they are the best / most comprehensive/ up to date web site in the country for used cars

Car buyeers guide site not very up to date, lots of stuff on there stil from last year that has either been sold already or has last years prices on it still.
 
Can anyone recommend any decent bikes under 33bhp I want something sporty, not a fan of the crusier type bikes. Is the CBR250 under 33bph or does it hav to be restricted. thanks
