Business dinner in Limerick ?

I have an important client from Asia coming soon.
I am looking for suggestions for an upmarket dinner in Limerick to impress.
 
Have a read or post a question on the Limerick Forum of Tripadvisor.com
 
maybe out the road to bunratty? think there is a restaurant there thats known for its fish, gallaghers maybe , not sure of its even there anymore to be honest, fish might be a good option for an asian guest,

The Market Square in the Savoy Hotel in Limerick city would be perfrct. Lovely 5 star hotel and fab restaurant.

We have decided to go to Gallaghers - I will let you know how it went, sounds very nice.
