    New Houses in Diswellstown Castleknock

It doesn't bother me as such as we are up nearer the school, however the m50 movements are audible at times, dependent on wind direction. Also, the principal of the matter - erection of a sound barrier was outlined in the plans - correct me if i am wrong? Sherry Fitz certainly mentioned it to...

If you find them suspicious, there is no harm in ringing the Gardai or contacting security - indeed, nip it in the bud

Not actually set out on the initial site plan, it could go either way In truth, the road access might make a lot of the HP residents to raise no objection, our house is not ready until near summer - the prospect of another exit point certainly appeals to us (initial feeling anyway), as this is...

4 storey(bit too high)? I thought they were only 2 storey? How many units, surely can't be many? We bought in HP over the far side of this and even i am concerned with that!

Surely one for a politician, this is downright bullying and should be raised, if anything the developers come across as rubbing their greedy hands if somebody fails at the final fence with the mortgage being issued. Unrelenting greed and very stressful for the buyers!

Osborne is a new house on offer not a swift. I believe they will be red bricks. I heard they planned to put up the price in HP before the ftb was annouced

The swifts sold well, it was the more expensive 4 bed laverys with north facing gardens which kind of stalled, and rightly so, paying 500k for a dark kitchen and shadowed garden for most of the day is farcical. However from visiting the last phase of DM, the garden aspect is shocking, very dark.

Think it is approved, it was a reason why we bought in Phase 3 of Hamilton park, right in the corner of the top end (furthest point away from the apartment block), i believe there will also be a group of shops incorporated into the building or next to it or soemthing

Keypad gate for DM residents only?? Sorry but screw that, it's either access for everybody or nobody, as a buyer of a property in HP, i would object to a keypad gate!

Indeed, however, it can be quite tricky to get rid of rats, particularly if there is a "colony" of them, hopefully it will be sorted though :)

Air pollution=> This is an excellent point -i was thinking about this quite a bit, particularly with a young family, quite concerning really, again this would depend on wind direction but obviously there will be exposure. I can confirm there is indeed a walkway in place at the rear of DM so...

    New Houses in Diswellstown Castleknock

thanks guys much appreciated. Personally i would tear your arm off for a 4 bed in DM (only 2 left) over HP, smaller development and more private, looks a lot better and from driving around it looks as if it will mature into a really fine estate, DM on the other hand in my eyes will be good but...
