Hello Want to take a action against a Car dealer, Went to courts and told to fill in forms and havent got a clue? Can anyone help me?

Has anyone take a civil Action against Car dealer? How does it work?

How does this work, how long does it take? anyone been to small claims court?

My mechanic told not working, only got brakes on front wheels, no brakes on backs ones and ABS light flashing all time on dashboard

Does anyone know what happens if the ABS doesn`t work on car?

I brought a car fro car dealer which is under warranty but he tried to fix the prob about 5 times now and no luck plus everytime he has the car new problem comes back , can get someelse to fix it and send him the bill for it? or do have to bring law into?

I feel sorry for next person who going to get ripped off because i dont have way to warn them , what system we have here.. small courts no good car cost more then they would payout...I suppose no-one cares but they will happens to them......

The car cost more the the small courts can pay back, i want make sure people also know whats going so they dont get ripped off too..
