Shared Sky feed is in the houses in Diswellstown Manor but not in Hamilton Park.

That's bad news. The current apartments are a real eyesore IMO so another block will just add to that.

Really interesting thanks for the info Bobsworth. I know a 4 bed detached went for 670k in Diswellstown Manor so it's very much in line with that.

Any idea what the 4 bed detached is going for now? (Just being nosy!)

Has anyone seen any plans for the green space in Hamilton Park? Saw the parkland/communal space in Diswelltown the other day, it's really come on and builders look to be nearly done. It looks fantastic and made me wonder what Hamilton Park will look like.

What is the planning reference if people want to go on and see the new plans?

Ok makes sense. Very steep increase on the 3 beds then. Be interesting to see if they get interest at this price and also what our neighbours in DM do in response!

I would guess the increase on 3 beds is being done in a bid to sell the 4 beds. They've been trying to shift those swifts for ages so now with only 15k difference between 3 and 4 beds houses they should move the last of them.

You could very well be right. I couldn't make sense of it myself and had thought that maybe there was so much interest in the 5 bed detached that they took best offers on it, but like I said that was purely a guess.

The detached one at the end of the first road, closest to Hamilton Park. Friends of ours moved in on the same road and told us the price of it. Had my doubts as i thought they were 700 or 750 but PPR says it went for 715 ex VAT (811k inc. VAT)

Can't say we've been tempted to move (We're well moved in!) but agree that DM is beautiful. For me, HP is a little more functional. Both will mature into lovely areas I'm sure.

I have the June price list from H&M (i'm still getting mails from them confusingly) and the Fairway is indeed still 530k. Edit: on the pricelist I have the 3 bed price says 405k-430k. It also says they are sold out so not sure of what relevance the price is!

Have the 3 beds in DM gone up to 430k?

It's being restored and sold as a residential house as far as I know. Check the planning application, all the info is there.

Give Hooke and MacDonald a shout. Winston is the selling agent. I wouldn't have thought they'd have sold the 8 of them over the weekend but could be wrong.

I went on Saturday at about 2pm. Same as has been said here. Good crowd, seemed to be a lot of people who had bought there going in to see showhouses and some measuring up etc. I imagine this is because there hasn't been an open/advertised viewing in a few months. I too overheard people asking...

Hi Johnny That's fair re price drops. On the plans point, what I meant (And maybe what Taytoman meant) was that it was impressive that they managed to sell 3 bed houses off the plans with no showhouse when there were similar sized/priced 3 bed houses for sale in Hamilton Park with a showhouse...

I think Taytoman's point about selling a full road of 3 bed houses off the plans being impressive would stand in any man's language. It's over 4million worth of inventory that H&M have managed to shift with a photocopied floor plan of the house. I understand people are emotionally attached to...

As far as I know, everything will be sold in this phase. 3 beds are being sold off the plans this weekend, as they have been for the past while.
