    Good advice above. You receive feed from different satellites so that explains why some channels are ok. We had same and it was foliage although I was sure the tree wasn't in the way. It was. Cut it back. Perfect. (Our dish is attached at waist height on our house. Very easy to check things.)

    How true and there is no mention of the 1 billion UB paid to it's parent company RBS in dividends last year. That's got to punch a big hole in your cash flow.

    Hi all, does anyone have a link to or know where I can find the CB guidelines for redress. It states on the 'Tracker return letter' that the CB sent the guidelines to UB and we can be 'assured' that all will be well. Difficult to trust without reading it ourselves. Any help?
