If you are moving at all why not move to PTSB?; obviously if €1500 hits the account ever month - I presume €3,000 doesn't hit the account and hence why you are moving from UB. As this is the case would it be worth checking out non-current account options?

They (Ulster) also have a branch in Castletroy, and one in the Cresent Shoping centre. (also one out in UL but parking out there is hard to get) *not trying to sell Ulster, only been a customer a day, just giving locations so the dscussion is accurate.

It wont suit everyone but I poped into a branch, took the id documents with me and she had it all done in minutes; seemed to be well used to it.

Oh, ok, thats different, I misunderstood you, thought you wanted to change but not the minor hassle of a new account. Anyone that is happy to pay the charges has no issue or concern with the changes to charges.
