    I was told in April 2020 it would be 2-3 months but then considering I was told last September it would be by Xmas 2019 I would agree with the 12-24 months timeline!

    Had completed exchanges in August 2018 and then in late January 2019 after some Tracker decisions were publised by the Ombudsman's office, i submitted some extra information. The exchanges were then finalised end July/early august 2019 and still waiting on a decision.

    Same here (complaint submitted feb 2017) - they said preliminary decision is due in the next few weeks but then in October 2019 they had said it would be Christmas 2019 For preliminary decision so not holding my breath!

    Still waiting on adjudication from fspo-final submission exchange was August 2019 (original complaint filed February 2017).

Then over a year of exchange of submissions and by start of this year it was close to being adjudicated (was told it was taking so long as it was complicated).     I understood you had to appeal to the fsop within 1 year of the CAP panel decision - if this is the case are you time barred from going or have they a longer time limit?

    Identified as impacted but given token amount as I had moved bank (for period up to date I left PTSB). Went through the PTSB appeals process and had partial victory (offered redress for full period to date and to be offered tracker back but at the 3.25% rate) and then appealed to the FSO

    They said my case was particularly complex so not sure about the grouping. I will be following up at the end of the month to see when they think they will be coming to a decision!

    Depends on the complexity but i finished my exchange of info with PTSB (as part of the FSO complaint submitted in Feb 2017) in the middle of August 2018 and there is still no decision from the investigation office.

    Don't know if you can switch but Ulster are doing 4-5 year fixed for 2.6% and if you are with BOI and challenge them they usually give reduction on their quoted fixed rates (i got 2.8% for 5 years)

    In BOI you can over pay by greater of 10% of monthly payment and €65 - I also reduced term by a couple of years as i know what the payments for the next 5 years are going to be - something to consider but everyone has their own preferences.
