Some people cannot get a lower rate and are tied to there bank because of negative equity or because their employment circumstances have changed and cannot meet criteria.

I've been on invalidity for last 2 years and my wife is working full time. We just got medical card for the whole family. My question is how do I check that we are paying correct tax etc. Does it mean we pay less property tax and how do I go about sorting this out? Thanks in advance for any help.
