Hi there, i do sincerely hope you are right with youre 18 months to 2 year waiting time guess there. It could maybe be the bank you are dealing with or the issue or otherwise as they are different but i do know of people involved with a different cohort waiting an awful lot longer, eg 6 or 7 years.

A very frustrating process as we have had no answers as to why contracts that said people would revert to VBR after say a 3 year fixed rate and then finding that youre then put on an SVR when that term doesnt appear in youre contract. All people want are answers to the above other things about this.

I do hope he gives a ruling soon one way or the other on the variable base cohort(VBR) because this group has been given no answers as of yet.
