I saw a report somewhere today that this will affect over 11000 cases of repossession.

They said it would not increase the time scale our mortgage finish date will stay the same but it would increase our monthly payments by about 20 euro per month for the next 22 years. 3 months doctors said I could be out of work for 6 months based on my injuries.

I broke out with no charge. I believe that I an entitled to my tracker mortgage back but I was part of investigations but not redress.

Hi we have been told we was part of investigations but not part of redress by PTSB on phone. We are waiting for our letter. Can all that fall into this area maybe post when letters are received as to reason for not included in redress.

Sorry to hear that. Its worth seeing what they say. Maybe worth taking someone legal with you. Dont make any rash decisions. Could be better offer on table if you fight them.
