Key Post Switch or re-fix my mortgage? Breakage fee calculator and savings estimates for your case (Ireland)

I made the complaint based on the fact that I had the paperwork ready to go at home and EBS knew my plan to upgrade the BER. I had been in contact with them via email in September. Also I got AIP from BOI and told EBS I was going to BOI.

They originally refused the 2.1% and offered 2.6%, switching to the green was not an issue.

    Fixed term PTSB mortgage

Best contact Irish Life directly rather than asking PTSB about your current policy. I recently had to get replacement cover for a new mortgage, Irish Life underwriting are experiencing delays at the moment.

ptsb lump sum paid - can I claim it as an advance?

I am open to correction but I remember from my time as a PTSB customer something about a 10k limit when it comes to overpayments being used as an account credit.

The length of the Term is stalling me.. 32 v 30 years

I also have a current account with PTSB and have no issues with that account. My issue is with their mortgage offering for existing customers, new customers get offered a much better range of fixed mortgage rates, even their new mortgage payment loyalty program is for new customers only.
