    Im nearly three years into a Pia.There is only one creditor involved and i owe them about 40k.I have a relitive who can pay a lump sum but its not a a hugh amount approx, 25% of whats owed.Has anyone got any experience in this area or has managed to close out a pia midterm.thankyou

    I have gotten an adviser on board now,I discussed the factors of going insolvent and he advised that in my case it is a possibility but he said that is a hopeless process .He said that after the six year period is up the banks can go after you again??? surely that cant be true?
