For €2500,prior to the new boiler being installed the whole system should have been powerflushed,complete waste of money unless this procedure is carried out,and then after installation all rads bled and balanced if necessary.

As odyssey06 said with regard to the mobile app,very easy to use,you can take a snapshot of your receipt and upload it and response time is very good....the only downside is the 50% that is refundable goes straight to my wifes bank account...shrewd woman!!

What year is the car? Have you had it from new....all your Kms? Items like this do perish....but 50k does seem quite early for them to fail.

Level pay isn't really an issue for me,i've looked at my bills over the last twelve months and while they do dip slightly during the summer(although the kids are off school and computers and tv's are on permanently)they're not low enough to put me off.
