    In general, you are entitled to a 15 minute break when you have worked for 4 ½ hours. It seems to me that there is although I'm not sure what in general means. Yes it's quite a long time without stopping for something to eat and a cigarette!

    Hello, my normal working hours are 7:30 to 4:00 with a 15 minute break at 9:30 and 30 minutes at 1:00. There's now mandatory overtime until 6:00 without any break. Is there a legal requirement for a break in this period from 1:30 to 6:00? Many thanks

    How could they have known about the dangerous driving? They were from a different station The car ended up on the opposite side of the road on a straight piece of road . I did. Will I be called into make a statement about this? How soon could I expect this to happen?
