The whole thing is, five years on, still completely bizarre . I owe PTSB a seven figure mortgage at ECB + 0.75% on RIPS etc. In five years of Interest only, costing the tax payer at least €250k, they haven't even written to me once, they haven't tried to switch me nor put me on Cap + Int etc...
