hi all, i own a house with a sibling which was willed to us by our parents in the 1980s. i have lived in the house since then and my sibling now wishes to gift the house to me, property is worth around 300,000 what tax liability would I/we have? thanks.
the shinners have forced ff/fg to go into coalition togeather, something that would have been unheard of a few years back. thats going to cost them some of their hard line vote in both parties come the next election. joining togeather to form one party will buy them a little more time but...
heres one, old house oil fired seven rads single story, heating always heated rads and taps bath ect, turned on today, rads heating up fine but no hot water at taps or bath? greatfull for any help.
I would imagine when we get through this there will be a massive financial stimulus package worth trillions put in place by the eu and divided out to each member country. the usa will be doing likewise id say.
climate change is indeed real but I wouldn't be banking on the greens to solve the problem, part of their plan is to halt all new road infrastructure and put in cycle lanes...that and a raft of new taxes should set us back a few decades. you could laugh at the greens if they were not so...
the greens are simply a bunch of new age hippies, they will have their day in the sun for a few years but come the next election they will be kicked into touch just like labour. they are in now just to make up the numbers.
the way I see it panning out is like this...the two center parties will go into coalition togeather, they will drag in the "new age hippies" with them to make up the numbers. this can only be a good thing for sf as it will make them the largest opposition party...all they have to do is sit back...
