Thanks for reply. i checked with a lot of irish cardboard box companies and none seem to have any solution. Anyone else get meetings catered for and see impressive packaging?

We are expanding into the area of outside catering and currently use tin foil type trays with cling film covering for sandwich orders re. meetings. Can anyone suggest something better?

We are setting up a small Coffee Shop. We looked around a few retailers for a typical domestic type fridge or fridge freezer (around 600 euro). They will all perfect for our needs, but in the case of our shop, we would prefer to be able to lock it during evenings/ weekends, etc. Can anyone help?

No offence Clubman- but we are not as 'green' as you might think. We have sufficent family help to run the cafe, but that goodwill may not last forever. In any case, the advice and comments from all the posters on AAM is invaluable and helps us make sure we are not leaving out anything etc...
