Any joy with the claim?

Hi, I am in the process of buying a house. Can anyone recommend a good surveyor/engineer?. Looking for a reasonable price and someone who does a thorough job. Thank you in advance!

Wouldn't see that been an issue. I think the case had a very specific set of circumstances which possibly don't apply here. Are there people coming coming in over the fence that you want to put up the barbed wire or is it to keep out farm animals???...

Thanks for all that. Yes I'd be going down the Cycle to work scheme. I currently have a Giant XTC mountain bike with front suspension. I didn't put the road tires on it. I know you have that option alright.. I just think that it'll still be quite a heavy bike and with the gearing and wheel size...

One question... Did you talk to the person who is handling the claim about this and if they would not fight the claim unless you keep paying?. If not probably best ring and get that person and see what they say....
