Having received my initial letter just 3 weeks ago (see my post above), I arrived home today to a letter and a cheque for TVM and compensation from UB, along with information on how to appeal if I wish to do so. Let's hope more letters are on their way in the very near future.

Quite possibly the <40 cases were due to Padraic, I was one of those 40 cases. It's also highly likely that no cases have been redressed since the CB review i.e. these 40 cases are likely to have been redressed 2-3 years ago when threatened with the FSO. My redress was 3 years ago.
